First method:

 

1. Obtain a signed Authorization Form from Paul Browne (Neighborhood Coordinator).
2. Go to the RTD Boulder Bus Station at 1400 Walnut St between Noon and 4:00 PM on Monday or Wednesday.
3. Take  the Authorization Form and identification that shows your name at the address of the home you occupy.
4. RTD staff will take your photograph, make your NECO Pass, and give it to you.
5. See Paul to get your decal and attach it to your pass.   You will then have a usable NECO Pass.

 

Second method:

 

1. Have a head and shoulders view digital photo taken of you (call Paul if you need a photo taken).
2. E-mail the photo to Paul.
3. Be prepared with identification that shows your name at the address of the home you occupy.
4. Paul will E-mail your photo with an authorization to RTD.
5. RTD will mail your Pass to Paul who will attach a decal and give it to you.

 

Third method:

 

This is the same as the first method except RTD will set up a special evening to take photos and prepare passes.  This is usually held in late November or early December.

 

 

TO GET A REPLACEMENT NECO PASS

 

If your name is changed or your pass is damaged (broken, faded, delaminated, etc.), you may obtain a replacement at no charge.

 

1. Obtain a signed Authorization Form from Paul Browne.
2. Go to the RTD Boulder Bus Station at 1400 Walnut St between Noon and 4:00 PM on Monday or Wednesday.
3. Take  the Authorization Form and identification that shows your name at the address of the home you occupy.
4. RTD staff will take your photograph, make your NECO Pass, and give it to you.
5. See Paul to get your decal and attach it to your pass 

If your pass is lost there is a fee for replacement.

 

1. Obtain a signed Authorization Form from Paul Browne.

4. Take a check or money order payable to RTD.  The charge is $25 for the first occurrence, $50 for the second in the same calendar year, and if there is a third time, the pass will not be replaced.

If your pass is stolen there is a fee for replacement.

 

1. Report the loss to the police.
2. Take an official copy of the police report with case, report, or incident number.
3. Obtain a signed Authorization Form from Paul Browne..
4. Go to the RTD Boulder Bus Station at 1400 Walnut St between Noon and 4:00 PM on Monday or Wednesday.
5. Take  the Authorization Form and identification that shows your name at the address of the home you occupy.
6. Take a check or money order payable to RTD.  The charge is $5 for the first occurrence, $50 for the second in the same calendar year, and if there is a third time, the pass will not be replaced.
7. RTD staff will take your photograph, make your NECO Pass, and give it to you.
8. See Paul to get your decal and attach it to your pass.
